Class description

Suitable for toddlers between 1-3 years old, Our Mini Outdoor Classroom a parent-accompanied programme that aims to connect parent, child, and nature. In line with children’s development at this age, parent and child will engage in sensorial outdoor experiences inspired by their surroundings.

This programme integrates various aspects of a child’s development including motor skills, sensory stimulation, and creativity and imagination, with the appreciation of and love for the natural environment.

Young children are naturally curious. Since birth they are soaking up everything they see with all their senses, imitating whatever they observe and notice. We want to build on this innate curiosity at a young age with authentic experiences to provide children with opportunities to interact and make connections with themselves, parents, others around them, and with the environment. We believe that being outdoors offers these and so much more! Our curriculum is a balance of free exploration and gently guided activities integrated with a variety of sensory-rich experiences that develop the child as a whole.

Class info

We believe in keeping our classes small and intimate, to provide a conducive setting for parent-child bonding, and mutual learning and teaching. There will be a maximum of 5 parent-child pairs per class.
